SLS Dubai Hotels & Residences is a landmark development located in the Burj Khalifa District, offering a total of 946 units across 75 floors. The project includes 254 hotel rooms, 321 hotel apartments, and 371 residences, making it one of the tallest hotels and residential towers in the region. Designed by award-winning architects Aedas and interior designer Paul Bishop, the tower stands as a striking architectural statement and a “cabinet of curiosities” with a bold and distinctive identity.

The residences and suites are designed in the signature SLS bold style, featuring statement lighting, tailored furniture, and high-end finishes.
